Butcher Row House Museum, Ledbury is a timber framed two room museum packed with local memorabilia to take you back to the time of your grandparents together with quirky exhibits such as a boot bath, a hurdy gurdy, civil war replica armour (but genuine musket balls from the Battle of Ledbury) and a sugar loaf - not the mountain, the real thing!
Butcher Row House Museum is on Church Lane in Ledbury and can be approached on foot only. Church Lane is the cobbled street on the corner between Raft and the Market House Cafe, which are next to the Market House (the large black and white building on stilts at the north end of High Street).
1st April to 31st October: daily from 10am to 4pm
Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
