Join Boggle Lane Foraging & Food, Market Rasen for a hands-on foraging tour along the stunning beauty of the highest point in the Lincolnshire Wolds where you'll be shown where to find ancient, wild, edible delights that add nutritional oomph and amazing flavour, and even healing benefits to any dish.
We'll start the day with a short intro and some foraged refreshments, before taking a gentle stroll up towards the Viking Way - which promises stunning views (and weather permitting, you should be able to see further than Lincoln Cathedral!). We'll show you how to use your foraged finds and then we'll serve you a lovingly prepared, delicious foraged feast too.
All attendees receive an information pack with tips on safe foraging, likely foraging spots, nutritional facts & recipes to try at home.

She's passionate about local, natural, wild food and puts her heart and soul into sourcing the best local and wild ingredients to create amazing depths of nutrition and flavour.
So, join us in a beautiful setting to eat the landscape throughout the different seasons at one of our workshops to learn hands-on foraging.
