The Laxfield and District Museum, Suffolk houses artifacts and photographs illustrating rural and domestic life mainly from the 19th century.
They have regularly changing exhibitions - this year includes a display of ways in which people used symbols and objects to protect their homes and animals from witches and other perceived evil influences. There is also a hands on children's area for exploring the past.
The Laxfield and District Museum is set in a beautiful early 16th century Guildhall in a historic village.
