Our spaces include the spacious Grand Hall, Victorian Spa Theatre, the sea view Ocean Room and our iconic Sun Court, most known for its beautiful checkerboard floor.

Here at Scarborough Spa we understand that catering is a significant element of any event. That's why our dedicated in-house catering team are on hand to ensure you have the best dining experience. It is important to us to support the local economy and provide the best quality food, which is why we source as much of our produce as possible from Yorkshire.

Situated next to the Spa is Farrer's Bar and Restaurant. Breath-taking views of the Bay can be seen right from our restaurant.

Farrer's derived its name from Mrs Thomasina Farrer, the wife of one of Scarborough's leading citizens in the 17th Century who discovered natural spring water bubbling out beneath the cliff. It was believed the water had medicinal effects that in turn led to thousands of visitors flocking to the area to benefit from the supposed medicinal qualities.

Our stunning Victorian Grand Hall has a standing capacity of @ 1995 and has over the past year hosted Jake Bugg, Two Door Cinema Club, Ocean Colour Scene, Tony Hadley, Cast, The Enemy, Dexys, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, Rich Hawley, The Farm as well as The Vaccines, Blue, Lightning Seeds, Skindred, Midghe Ure, 10cc and Scouting for Girls!
