West Highland Way is arguably Scotland's most famous long distance walking route. Starts at Milngavie on the outskirts of Scotland's largest city (Glasgow) and travels north for 96 miles to Fort William nestling under the shadow of Scotland's highest mountain (Ben Nevis).
From gentle rolling hill and moorland it covers most terrains through to the high mountains of Glencoe having passed dense woodland en-route with the spectacular scenery of Loch Lomond and open remoteness of the Rannoch Moor.
You will follow the ancient and historic routes of Scotland's rural past covering old drover paths, military roads and some disused railway lines. This is easily Scotland's Premier Walking Route known throughout the walking world.
With our unique hands-on approach to this route, you will be totally taken care of on your travels from Lowland Industrial Scotland to Highland Rural Finish.
