Fernwood Glamping, Ringwood, offers a single bow top gypsy van and a rustic shepherd's hut, each suitable for two adults and 2 young children, situated just 25 metres apart from each other.
Surrounded by oak trees, with owls and buzzards, deer in the field, it feels like a true escape from everyday responsibilities and allows life to slow down a bit. With a fire-pit outside and a wood-burner inside, there is an opportunity to relax and unwind.
Both the hut and the gypsy van have a double bed and additional space for two young children. There is a tree house/deer hide that over looks the field. The gypsy van guests may also use the beautiful, thatched summer house with decking over looking the pond. Each unit has tea/coffee making facilities and is lit by fairy lights for a romantic atmosphere. Each unit has its own outdoor solar shower and toilet (a compost toilet for the shepherd's hut). A shared access shower room is also available.
It is also possible to order an optional breakfast hamper for the morning.

Fernwood Glamping is a small, family run business on the edge of Ringwood, near the New Forest National Park. It is ideally situated with easy access to both the New Forest, with endless opportunities for walking and cycling, and the beaches near Bournemouth. With views over the fields behind, frequently grazed by deer, many guests decide to spend the evening in, relaxing by the fire pit.
There are shops half a mile away for provisions and take-aways and a wide range of eating places in the town centre.
There is plenty to do in the area for famiies too, such as: Moors Valley Country Park, Avon Heath Country Park, Owl Raptor and Reptile Centre, New Forest Water Park and Peppa Pig World at Paulton's Park.
