Norfolk Brickyard

Norfolk Brickyard - a truly "off the grid" camping/glamping experience

Coastal Camping and Glamping on the North Norfolk Coast
Norfolk Brickyard unique off-grid camping and glamping on the North Norfolk Coast.

Norfolk Brickyard offers a truly distinctive camping and glamping experience on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. Hidden away within a forgotten historic brickyard and surrounded by nature, this private campsite provides guests with the opportunity to disconnect from modern life and reconnect with the natural world. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Norfolk Brickyard is ideal for campers, caravanners, motorhome owners and glamping enthusiasts looking for peace, privacy and a genuine wilderness experience.

The site offers a mix of spacious private camping pitches and fully equipped glamping accommodation, allowing guests to choose the style of stay that suits them best. Every pitch is secluded amongst trees and natural vegetation, creating a feeling of privacy rarely found on traditional campsites. Fire pits are provided throughout the site, encouraging evenings spent under the stars, while a communal wood-fired pizza oven offers a wonderful way to relax and socialise with fellow guests.

Norfolk Brickyard combines rustic charm with practical comforts. Guests have access to clean and stylish facilities, hot showers and a unique old-fashioned bucket shower for those seeking a more traditional outdoor experience. Foraging for fallen wood is encouraged, helping visitors embrace the site's off-grid ethos, while glamping guests can enjoy additional comforts and thoughtful touches without sacrificing the connection to nature.

Sadly we cannot take dogs, this is because there are game keeper's working the site for predators like foxes.

Wildlife is one of the highlights of any stay. The site is home to deer, owls, stoats and a wide variety of birdlife, making it a paradise for nature lovers, photographers and wildlife enthusiasts. Thanks to its location in one of the UK's darkest areas, Norfolk Brickyard is also an exceptional destination for stargazing, with clear night skies providing spectacular views of the stars above.

Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a family adventure, a cycling holiday or simply a chance to escape the demands of everyday life, Norfolk Brickyard offers an unforgettable experience in one of England's most beautiful coastal regions.
