Camp Katur is a Glamping experience with a difference, set within the beautiful 250 acre Camp Hill Estate of North Yorkshire, Camp Katur offers a truly memorable Yorkshire Glamping holiday.
Our Glamping Village has many types of accommodation. We have Safari Tents, Bell Tents, a Tipi, Unidomes, Hobbit Pods, Geodomes and Betty our 1980's Retro Caravan and new for 2018 Bears Place Lodge. Each accommodation comes with individual furnishings and accessories making them truly unique, and all accommodations come with their own BBQ and Fire Pit.
We also have our Nordic BBQ Cabin available for guests to hire which is perfect for indoor Barbequing and provides a special way to dine with family and friends and we have our south facing Eco Spa which has a wood burning hot tub and sauna for guests to relax in after a day of activities, exploring, or lounging in the sunshine.
We are an activities estate so there is plenty to do whilst you are here, whether you enjoy Segways, Quad Bike treks, Football Golf and the estate tree top adventure and the Woodland Kingdom Adventure Park.
Camp Katur is located within the beautiful Camp Hill estate in between Ripon and Bedale in North Yorkshire and only 1.5 mile off the A1. We are just 1 mile walk away from the villages of Kirklington and Carthorpe where you will find two wonderful pubs both serving a large menu of tasty home cooked foods and local brews.
The Camp Hill estate provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable Glamping Holiday experience and ultimate outdoor fun. Set in the beautiful North Yorkshire Countryside close to many popular tourist attractions and local historic Market Towns such as Bedale, Masham and Ripon, the stunning Spa town of Harrogate and great Cities of York, Leeds and Newcastle.
