They will be operating on 4 rooms so that they can comply with social distancing.

Breakfasts will be ordered the night before and be carried out in two sittings. There will only be 4 people in the dining room at each sitting.

4 separate tables will be used, two for each sitting and they will be at least 2 metres apart.

All work surfaces will be thoroughly sanitised and handrails leading upstairs to rooms will be regularly wiped with sanitiser.

Old Lyme Guest House, Lyme Regis is a beautiful 17th Century building built of Blue Lias stone. The building used to be the original post office and houses the original post box that Jane Austen reputedly posted letters to her sister. The Location is Central and all on the Level. It is approximately 150 meters from the sea front. The local shops are within a few minutes walk. Traditional breakfasts and FREE parking.

Lovingly refurbished to a very high standard. Comfy bedrooms, regularly refurbished, with flat screen TVs and good quality tea, coffee, speciality teas and biscuits. En-suite bathrooms with power showers and hairdryers. We are proud to offer a full cooked breakfast, served to your table, and cooked freshly to order, with veggie and vegan options, plus the occasional Jamie Oliver breakfast special thrown in too! Old Lyme Guest House is a friendly and welcoming historic 17th century stone building, ideally situated in a quiet street in the heart of the picturesque old town. Only three minutes LEVEL walk to the sea, shops, restaurants, pubs and only yards from the newly restored Town Mill Artisan Quarter, with its working water wheel, Lyme Regis Micro Brewery, art galleries, pottery and restaurants. The seafront is just a 200m flat walk (unusual in hilly Lyme Regis) making the Old Lyme one of the most convenient locations in town.
