The building used to be the original post office and houses the original post box that Jane Austen reputedly posted letters to her sister. The Location is Central and all on the Level. It is approximately 150 meters from the sea front. The local shops are within a few minutes walk. Traditional breakfasts and FREE parking.

The seafront is just a 200m flat walk (unusual in hilly Lyme Regis) making the Old Lyme one of the most convenient locations in town.
