In response to COVID-19, along with a rigorous clean and disinfect protocol that we are putting in place to allow guests to book with confidence, we are also introducing a number of special temporary measures:
- 24 hrs minimum vacancy between bookings to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfection
- a spacious new guest dining room with stunning loch views to permit social distancing

We have also carried out a full COVID-19 Risk Assessment which we are very happy to share with anyone considering making a booking.
Located just 45 minutes' drive from Fort William, Otterburn has two beautiful ground floor en-suite double bedrooms that accommodate a total of four people at one time; 'Otter' is their premier room with amazing views over the Loch, a large bathroom and luxurious super king-size bed which can be transformed into two single beds on request. 'Stag' is rear facing with a very comfortable king-size bed, contemporary oak furniture and a spacious shower. It overlooks the garden where you may be lucky to catch a glimpse of their resident pine marten.
A separate dining room/guest lounge invites relaxation with a tremendous view and the possibility of spotting the otter, which gave the property its name, along with oystercatchers, curlews, herons, seals or porpoise from your breakfast table.
This B&B is unique in the area as it is also home to the outdoor adventure company, 'Otter Adventures'. Guests can enjoy discounts on day-time activities and exclusive evening kayak/canoe trips.
