2 Station Road, Findochty is a former fisherman's cottage, it has been tastefully modernised to provide a cosy, spacious and well equipped self catering holiday home with the first floor being upgraded to the large bright double bedroom which enjoys views of the harbour entrance and the sea beyond - perfect for dolphin watching.
The Living Room is a light good sized room with comfortable suite, Smart TV with build in DVD player, Woodburning Stove. A selection of DVD's, Books and board games available.
Lovely large and bright attic bedroom with double bed, pine wardrobe, full length mirror, bedside cabinets, armchair, side table and storage unit.
The fully equipped modern dining kitchen is complete with a table and chairs, pine dresser, electric oven and hob, under counter fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a generous supply of crockery, utensils, pot, pans etc.
At the rear of the cottage on the ground floor the shower room is equipped with shower, basin and WC.
There is an off road parking area in front of the Cottage.
2 Station Road is located close to picturesque harbour in the traditional fishing village of Findochty near Buckie on the Moray Firth coast in the North East of Scotland.
Findochty is the ideal location for a quiet relaxing break with the coastal path, golfing and beach nearby. The village benefits from a grocery shop, chemist/post office and the Admirals pub. It's also an excellent base to explore the Moray Coast, Whisky Trails and much more!
Situated between Aberdeen and Inverness it makes an excellent base for exploring the highlands and local attractions. The area also enjoys a unique micro-climate caused by its position between the Deveron and Spey rivers and its shelter by the Grampian hills.
