The Stables, Horsington is a one bedroom self catering cottage at Rose Cottage Farm.
With a king-size bed and en-suite shower room consisting of 1200x900 shower vanity basin and mirror, W.C and shaver point. The lounge is very airy with high ceilings and windows overlooking the courtyard and has a cottage style sofa and chair, flat screen TV with DVD player.
The open galley kitchen has cream units an oven, hob and sink.
All the cottages at Rose Cottage Farm have under floor heating and hot water supplied by the latest in green technology a ground source heat pump which picks up heat from the liquid filled pipe work that extends out over 300 metres into the field at the rear and with the aid of the heat exchanger supplies plentiful heat and hot water for your stay.
All new roof timbers were fitted to the cottages and with having high collars it leaves them all with nice high ceilings making a pleasant airy feel.

The Stables is located at Rose Cottage Farm set right on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds with many local attractions nearby including Cadwell Park racing circuit, Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and The Battle of Britain Flight Memorial to name just a few.
Lincoln is only 17 miles away and boasts beautiful architecture in the form of the infamous Cathedral which was used in the filming of The Da Vinci Code and is only a stones throw away from Lincoln Castle too. Start off at the top of steep hill visiting these beautiful pieces of history and then work your way down the fabulous cobbled streets.
Lincolnshire is full of stunning landscapes and heritage - you will never be short of anything to do when you decide to visit. There are a fair share of attractions nearby regardless of the weather or time of year, from the seaside at Skegness to Woodhall Spa's Kinema in the Woods, the only full-time cinema in the UK still using rear projection.
