Wheelwrights Self Catering Cottage, Kersey Upland, Ipswich, has been recently converted from an 18th century wheelwrights barn.

Wheelwrights Cottage consists of one bedroom with a 6ft bed, bathroom with bath and shower, fully equip ed kitchen and large lounge with wood-burning stove situated in the grounds of a 16th century thatched cottage - 'The Forge', Kersey Uplands. The interior is full of ancient wooden beams and has a wonderful atmosphere.
Wheelwrights Cottage is situated approximately one mile outside the picturesque village of Kersey with its wonderful country pub, The Bell which serve home cooked meals and has great selection of real ales and good wine.

This small hamlet is in the wilds of Suffolk, halfway between Sudbury and Ipswich, ideal for walking or cycling. The villages of Hadleigh, Lavenham, Long Melford and Dedham are a short drive away and Felixstowe beach is only 40 minutes .
