It is furnished with settees and chairs, TV, DVD and CD player, and BT Infinity Broadband for your comfort and convenience. Across the hall is a dining room with seating for 6/7, off which there is a separate completely renovated kitchen, with all cooking appliances, crockery and cooking utensils.
There is also a separate new utility area with washing machine, dishwasher and table-top freezer. Electric storage heaters have been installed throughout. A basket of logs is provided for the woodburning stove. The utility porch allows access to a fully enclosed private garden lawned and with flower beds, which enjoys full sun all day and is set out with seating and a table.
There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the cottage where there is a further planted seating area enclosed by a Cornish hedge/wall.
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. No pets are allowed.

Chy Lowena Penzance, a large granite cottage, originally two tin miners cottages, with mature gardens and sea views, is a few footsteps away from the South West Coast Path which leads you to explore the rugged Far West, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Boscawell Village looks out over the North Coast in the previous tin mining area of Special Scientific Interest around Pendeen, St Just, recently given World Heritage Site status by UNESCO.
