The cottage is now divided into 2 roomy and self-contained, self-catering, apartments/flats with their own front entrance doors from a shared entrance hall.

The upper apartment is on the first and second floors and the lower is on the ground floor with the bedrooms at the rear on the ground and first floors. There is a balcony on the top floor at the front of the cottage and a courtyard at the rear.

Direct views across the harbour. Town Centre, shops and sandy beach a short walk away. Free parking permit supplied for each apartment. Nothe Gardens and rowboat ferry to beach nearby (summer season only). Many restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance. Bus stops, public telephone and post box in Hope Square.
