Set in private grounds above Newlyn and Penzance, Higher Faugan Parc is a peaceful Grade II-listed townhouse (1904) built for artists Stanhope & Elizabeth Forbes. Today it offers a choice of spacious one-room
luxury suites with kitchen areas and stylish en-suite rooms - ideal for couples or small families exploring West Cornwall.
Suites feature king-size beds, sofas/sofabeds, Smart TVs, USB outlets and en-suite bathrooms (bath & shower). Continental "healthy start" breakfast items are provided in your room to prepare at leisure; there are no public rooms or restaurant, keeping your suite a private retreat. The house sits in secluded gardens with a large lawn, pond area and seating. Please note: no pets accepted.
