The Grange at Hencote

Hencote, Hencote Lane, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY4 3AA

Seven ensuite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining room, and a cedar wood hot tub with glorious views over Shropshire. The Grange is our home away from home that offers luxury, relaxation and privacy. Available for both short breaks and long stays, the Grange is a great getaway for friends and family to celebrate a special occasion or simply relax in comfort. Each bedroom features Vispring mattresses, White Company bed and bath linen and underfloor heating, so that even in the coldest months our rooms are snug and provide comfort.

Individual flat screen TVs mean that everyone can watch something different and a Sonos sound system throughout allows guests to set the mood for celebration with music of their choice. The three luxury suites, the Myddle, Bomere View and Winney Hill feature roll top baths and our Master Suite is equipped with a steam room. The Grange is situated within the private gardens of the estate. The seating area, BBQ and pond provide plenty of outdoor space to relax or entertain guests. Our cedar wood hot tub is functional all year round and is perfect on a hot summers day or cold winter night.

Despite our private setting, we are situated only two miles from Shrewsbury town, meaning a visit to shop, dine or take in the sights is only a short car ride or leisurely stroll away. We offer a Bespoke experience, meaning that nothing is too much for our guests. Fitness or yoga sessions both inside and outdoors, massages or nutritional therapy in our relaxation pod for guests who wish to celebrate a special occasion, a private chef can easily be arranged. Guests can also take part in a private guided tour of our vineyard and wine tasting.
The Grange at Hencote is located in a 60 acre estate and vineyard 2 mile from the historic county town of Shrewsbury. 9 miles from the National Trust Attingham Deer Park, 25 miles from the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Beauty and 20 miles from the Iron Bridge UNESCO World Heritage Site.
