The cottage is available all year round, including the Christmas and New Year period. Bookings are generally made from Friday to Friday, however, we are happy to entertain alternative timings by prior arrangement. A deposit of 25% is payable on receipt of your booking and the remaining amount to be paid in full 6 weeks before the date of your holiday. Short breaks are available either from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. We are sorry, but we cannot accept pets and the Cottage is non-smoking.

Wrinkle Mead can sleep up to 4 people, split between a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. It has full central heating and all linen (towels etc.) are provided. The comfortable sitting room with excellent rural views, includes a dining area, flat screen freeview TV and DVD player, an iPod/iPhone docking station and speakers and two comfortable sofas. The fully-fitted kitchen has a full complement of utensils, crockery etc. and a microwave, electric hob and oven & grill and drink-making facilities. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and basin.
Uniquely situated on the edge of the City of Wells (England's smallest City), Wrinkle Mead is a riverside stable conversion of the highest standard. It is next to The Bishop's Palace and Gardens and the magnificent Cathedral is just 4 minutes walk away. The cottage has a lovely rural outlook over fields and parkland and is part of the owners property, a small holding of 2.5 acres. Just a few minutes walk passing the moated Bishop's Palace is the ancient Market Place which leads to the High Street where there are varied shops, restaurants, inns and eating places. Markets are still held every Wednesday (Farmer's Market) and Saturday throughout the year. There is a park, bowling green and children's playground just across the road.

Opposite the Bishop's Tythe Barn is Silver Street. Next to the Bishop's Palace. Three minutes walk from the City Centre.
