Manor Holding Byre is a sympathetically converted small stone and brick barn, full of historic character with handmade brickwork, natural stone, exposed King Post-style oak roof beams and traditional clay-tiled flooring. Upstairs is a twin bedroom reached by an external stone staircase, while downstairs the full-height living area incorporates a kitchenette with a wet room shower and toilet leading off.

Manor Holding Cottage is a half-timbered Jacobean farmhouse dating from around 1680, offering two first-floor bedrooms comprising a super king-size double and a twin. Downstairs are a cosy snug or study with WiFi, a larger sitting and dining room with wood-burning stove, and a comprehensively equipped kitchen. The cottage also has its own enclosed and sheltered front garden with games lawn and a viewing terrace overlooking an ancient orchard and the National Nature Reserve beyond.

Guests are asked not to smoke inside either property.
