Cae Madog Barn sleeps 16 people in 7 bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 3 with double beds, 2 with two single beds and 1 with two sets of full size bunk beds. One double room has an en suite bathroom and there are two other shower rooms plus a family bathroom which has a bath with shower above.

You have exclusive use of the heated outdoor swimming pool. The pool heating is included in the cost from the first Saturday in May until the end of August. It is also included in the cost for the Easter week. It can be made available outside of these dates if you wish, dependent on weather conditions, but a surcharge for heating will be required. You also have exclusive use of the hot tub, which is located in a log cabin in the garden so, even on the coldest of winter days, you can soak in the steaming water in total comfort. You can throw open the double doors of the cabin and enjoy the tranquil views across the valley.

Even when youre not in the pool or the hot tub, youll enjoy the peaceful outdoor space at Cae Madog Barn: sitting on the patio, the Twymyn Valley is spread out before you, with rolling hills in every direction, and you can picnic or have a barbecue in the summer sunshine. The children are sure to make the most of the detached games room with its pool table. For large parties, there is ample parking with space for up to 5 cars.

Cae Madog Barn offers spacious accommodation in a blissfully quiet location with easy access to many local activities and places of natural beauty. Try horse riding, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, quad bikes, bird and badger watching, sailing, mountain biking around the lakes and golf.

Visit the bustling market towns of Newtown and Machynlleth. Explore Snowdonia, climb Cader Idris, visit the renowned Centre for Alternative Technology or King Arthurs Labyrinth. Half an hours drive takes you to the beautiful sandy beaches at Aberdovey, Barmouth and Borth. But of course, with exclusive use in summer of the fabulous outdoor heated swimming pool, you may just want to spend the afternoon floating there, watching the red kites soar in the sky.

On cooler days you may prefer to laze in the hot tub, tucked snugly in the spacious log cabin, with the double doors wide open to take in the spectacular view across the valley.
