Kilsby Cottage, Llanwrtyd Wells offers self catering accommodation situated on the edge of 2.5 acres of garden and private woodland, with abundant wildlife and spectacular views.
The cottage has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom upstairs, with an extra fold-up bed and travel cot available on request. Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside lockers, a recessed double wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and alarm clock.
The downstairs accommodation consists of a large open plan living/dining room/kitchen, plus a well equipped separate bathroom with entrance hall and lobby for storage of cycles, fishing tackle and outdoor clothing. Barbecue equipment and outdoor furniture are provided for your use in addition to secluded seating around the garden.
The sitting room and dining area have comfortable cane furniture and is equipped with a flat-screen digital TV (Freesat), video and DVD facilities as well as a stereo CD player and radio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, health grill, slow-cooker and fridge freezer. There is an automatic washing machine in the spacious shower room and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
Outside there are gardens to the side and front of the house.

Kilsby Cottage is set in 2.5 acres of garden and woodland with stunning views of the Irfon Valley and surrounding hills. It is 1.2 miles from the town of Llanwrtyd Wells in mid Wales, between the towns of Builth Wells and Llandovery. With the Brecon Beacons to the south and Snowdonia to the north, Llanwrtyd Wells lies at the southeast corner of the Cambrian Mountains.
The setting is quiet and secluded yet within easy reach of the town's amenities which include 2 restaurants, 3 pubs, several shops and a petrol station. The area is a haven for walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and pony trekking.
