Start your day with a delicious Aga cooked breakfast served around the large table in the dining room. In summer the south facing terrace is a popular option for an al fresco breakfast. Help yourself from a selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghourt and fruit juices including our own apple juice.

Follow this with a choice of an Aga cooked English breakfast which includes locally made sausages and eggs from our own hens. Or Scottish smoked salmon with our delicious fresh eggs or Continental breakfast with freshly baked croissant. Fresh cafetiere coffee or a large selection of teas or hot chocolate are freshly made to order.

The mature, rhododendron, azalea and woodland 10 acre garden has an extensive lawn giving distant views of Chichester Harbour and is a wonderful place to relax. Interesting features include an icehouse, foot maze, mature espalier fruit trees and tennis court.

Guests are welcome to use the tennis court, picnic in the grounds, and enjoy the house and garden during the day if they wish. Children of all ages love the space we have to offer both inside and out!
