The Pinfold Guest House is a delightfully refurbished stone built house tucked away in the very heart of the beautiful market town of Skipton, dating back to around 1640.
The rooms at the Pinfold have been recently renovated to show the character of the building, exposing the beams and stone walls. All three rooms are quite rustic with wood floors and shutters to the windows. All three rooms are en-suite.

This is the largest of the 3 rooms with a king size bed, en-suite facilities and a lounge area overlooking the garden.

The Pinfold Guest House is located on a small cobbled street in the oldest part of the town opposite the old cornmill. Skipton Castle is approximately 100 yards away, as is the high street with its ever popular market 4 days a week.
A short walk up Chapel Hill leads you into the tranquil Skipton Woods which is well worth a visit at any time of the year, and great for nature lovers as often deer and other wildlife are spotted there.
The location is ideal, as it is a short level walking distance to the high street, and a very pleasant boat lined walk along Springs canal to the picturesque canal basin where it meets the Leeds Liverpool canal.
The medieval castle, which you can visit, is one of the best preserved in the country, and the old Holy Trinity church are also close by.
Skipton is easily accessible by train, bus or car. Trains run frequently to and from Leeds, Bradford, Lancaster and easy access to the Settle to Carlisle railway. Howarth, home of the Brontes can be accessed by train from Skipton to Keighley then on the Worth Valley steam railway to Howarth.
The famous Saltaire village is only a few stops away with its fabulous mill hosting David Hockney's collection.
Skipton is described as the gateway to the Dales...there are lots of beautiful places to explore a short car ride away, alternatively buses regularly service the local area and beyond.
The breathtaking Lake District can be reached by car in just over an hour.
Skipton has many festivals through out the year, Waterways festival, puppet festival, car show, Yarndale festival, and many more as well as local shows, galas and beer festivals.
