WTB 4 Star
Cringoed is a family run park for family friendly holidays. Over the last 15 years, our family, Paul, Sue, and Louise Mathers have made many advancements. The changes are numerous and have gained recognition from the David Bellamy Award Scheme and The Tourist Board increase in grading. Our site is split with a vast, level, touring field with static caravans set amongst the woods. Tourers and campers have a choice of location. The facilities are modern and well equipped with hot showers and electric hook-up points for up to 35 caravans. Campers are particularly welcome, with extra facilities to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. A childrens play area and games room make for a lovely family park. Cringoed Holiday Park has 35 Caravan/Motorhome pitches with hookup points (some hard standing) and 37 Static Caravans. There is also 10 Camping Pitches. There is a large Children's Play Area and a Games Room with Amusements. Pets are welcome too. The site provides Toilets, Hot Showers, Washing-up facilities and a Launderette. A Chemical Disposal Point is also provided.
Amidst a vision of tranquility surrounded by undulating hillsides lies the village of Llanbrynmair. Turning left on to the B4518 heading towards Staylittle and Llyn Clywedog you will discover Cringoed Holiday Park. Crossing the bridge over the rippling river Twymyn you arrive at our family run caravan and camping site in its idyllic location. The magic of Mid-Wales embraces you upon arrival. A Stay at Cringoed combines the opportunity to relax in a quiet environment, whilst remaining within easy reach of locations North, South and West. The A470 passing through Llanbrynmair connects Newtown with Machynlleth, The Gateway to Snowdonia. The Cambrian Mountains run North to Cader Idris, and South to Plynlimon, where the sources of the rivers Wye and Severn rise. The sea is close too, from the university town of Aberystwyth up to the beaches of Aberdovey and Barmouth, with their wonderfully uncrowded sands, sweeping up to Harlech, with its spectacular castle, and on North to Caernarfon. Whether you're looking for a campsite, a caravan pitch or a static caravan, Cringoed Holiday Park caters for all your outdoor holiday needs.
