And with wall heaters, a multi-fuel burning stove inside, and a beautiful outdoor living area with pretty views over valley, fields and the distant sea outside, it is the perfect choice for both winter and summer holidays.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with wardrobe, cupboards, chest of drawers, facing village and Forrabury Church.

Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, chest of drawers, cupboards and sink.

Bathroom: Shower over small bath, WC, sink, storage, very quirky.

The outside living area is a real delight. To the right a paved path meanders down to a large outdoor entertaining area, complete with large teak table, reclining teak chairs, sun umbrella, gas barbeque and garden lamp. To the left are two tiered lawn areas, enclosed by borders.

Views over the valley, fields, and down to the sea peeping through the hills below are lovely.

At the bottom of the garden there is a path and steps leading down into the valley, and to some of the spectacular walks available in the area.
