11 The Green is situated on the South Devon coast across the Teign estuary and opposite the town of Teignmouth, Shaldon is an unspoilt idyllic fishing village with a thriving community.
Many families in the village are still linked to the fishing industry and with a great range of local shops and attractions; it's an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Shaldon isn't as commercial as many of the South Devon towns, but is perfect if you want to experience real Devon life first hand.
It lies adjacent to the older village of Ringmore and both enjoy a delightfully warm micro climate, sheltered from the sea by the Ness, the imposing red sandstone headland, that has been a welcome landmark for centuries of sailors.
