Relaxing: Open plan living/dining/kitchen area upstairs, with a dining table seating 6 people, a television and a DVD player with a large selection of children's and adults DVDs.
Wifi: Is available for the use of guests whilst staying at the Coach House.
Outside space: Outside dining table and a gas BBQ. Ample parking on the drive outside the property. There are 8 acres of historic gardens to explore with ponds, woodlands and a communal play area. The play area has a large trampoline, a table tennis table, a small football pitch and a large slide and swings.

Washing machine- There is a rotary drier outside and a drying rack for inside.

Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property, at an additional supplement of £25 for a maximum of 2 dogs.

Lower Coombe Royal estate is perfectly located to explore the beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that it is nestled in. We are within easy reach of many of the local beaches and it is also possible to explore Dartmoor too.
It is only a 15 minute stroll into Kingsbridge where there are local shops, restaurants and pubs. You can even catch the ferry down to Salcombe when the tides are right!
