Inside, be treated to complimentary toiletries and slippers, a super king sized bed, 8 single beds that can be joined together if necessary, spacious dining and fully equipped kitchen, game room with foosball table, PlayStation and games.
Set to the rear of the house is the spacious kitchen/ breakfast room with French doors out into the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern eye and base level cupboards with a complimenting work top betwixt, gas hob with extractor over, eye level double oven, a fitted dishwasher as well with a washer dryer and fridge freezer and of course, all you need for coffee , tea, and hot chocolate each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the garden patio.
After a day at the beach or after exploring the New forest decamp to the living room for a movie or game night. The living room is set to the front of the property, and benefits from a lovely south facing bay window, making it an incredibly bright and airy reception space
This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access to Netflix and a PlayStation.
Bedrooms include a master with a king bed and 3 double bedrooms (for a total of 4). The first floor accomodation comprises of three double bedrooms with the master bedroom benefitting from fitted wardrobe space, plenty of room and an en-suite shower room fitted with modern hand wash basin with vanity unit below, low level flush w/c and tiled shower cubicle.
Bedrooms two and three are served by the family bathroom fitted with a low-level flush w/c, modern hand wash basin again with vanity unit below, a full-sized bath and separate, fully tiled shower cubicle fitted with a rainfall shower.
Sleep two more on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room . With two full bathrooms and one half-bath, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the town.
Externally, the property boasts a good-sized garden predominantly laid to lawn, a fantastic game room ,two separate decked areas perfect for entertaining and for chasing the sun, as well as driveway space for three cars set to the front of the property.

Outdoor activities (other than the beach, of course!) range from low-key pursuits like golf and kayaking, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like zip-lining, fishing, kayaking, trails, and pier, to shopping and nights on the town, there's something for everyone in your group.
