Island View, Lymington, offers spacious luxury self catering accommodation sleeping up to 4 people in a two storey town centre property and is part of a Grade II listed Georgian building.

Originally built in 1830 for the mayor of Lymington, it now offers light, spacious accommodation with comfortable quality furnishings and views over the High Street and the Solent.

Island view has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a high standard and with a floor area of 880 sq feet has ample space for 4 people and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay in this lovely town.

There is a fully equipped dining kitchen with high quality china and cutlery, full range of cooking and food preparation equipment, dishwasher and washing machine (all detergents supplied), Nespresso coffee machine (capsules supplied) and fridge freezer (you will find milk here for your cup of coffee on arrival). Outdoor plates and glasses are also supplied for alfresco dining. There is also a washing line and pegs, iron and ironing board and a DAB internet connectable radio for listening in the mornings whilst having breakfast at the breakfast table.

The beds are extremely comfortable Sealy Posturepaedics and the duvets, matching bed linen and towels are all of high quality. Complementary toiletries complete the treat! The queen size bed in the front bedroom can be unzipped to make two full sized single beds if you prefer, ideal for families.

The lounge has a dining table for 4 and a 42' internet connected TV so you can use your Netflix or Amazon accounts, there is also an EE recording and 24 hour rewind box. There's plenty of comfortable seating and the lounge and bedrooms are spacious, light, and airy with the big original Georgian sash windows, almost floor to ceiling. There is a stunning view of the Solent and Isle of Wight from the back bedroom and bathroom. Bedrooms have ample, quality storage with dressing tables, chest of drawers and hanging wardrobes in both rooms.

The entrance to the property is approached from the secure parking, landscaped courtyard up a flight of stairs next to your space and across the south facing roof terrace which offers stunning views of the Solent and Isle of Wight. Sit and relax here, a glorious sun trap, ideal for alfresco dining.

Regret, the property is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for pets.

There is public transport right outside the apartment including the open top forest bus and the beach bus service so you won't have to use the car if you don't want to - have a day off!!

The Saturday charter market runs the full length of the High Street and is right outside - soak up the atmosphere, people flock in from all over the area, the market is very popular with locals and visitors alike.
