The kitchen and dining area is open plan, divided from the seating area by a built in, modern gas fire place. There is a separate snug room, perfect for cosy evenings in.

The kitchen is spacious and light with two fridges, chiller, electric hobs and ovens, as well as a built in Sonos sound system in the kitchen.

There is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer by the entrance.

The property is fitted with an Air purifying system and underfloor heating throughout.
