The ground floor accommodation consists of a superb newly fitted kitchen with island unit and opening out into a lovely private conservatory, all finished with porcelain tiled flooring.
The kitchen leads directly through into the dining and lounge area, all newly fitted with oak wood flooring.
The open plan dining area has table and chairs which can seat up to 6 persons, and the large lounge includes a 42inch Smart TV and comfortable seating with cosy woodburner. Double patio doors open out from the dining area/lounge into the enclosed and secluded rear garden with open fields beyond.
The ground floor double bedroom is fitted with a standard double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall-mounted TV. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC and wash-hand basin. There is also a separate ground floor WC with wash-hand basin.
The stairs lead up to the two first floor double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both fitted with twin single ziplock beds which can be made into large double beds, each room has a fitted wardrobe, and TV. There is ample room for a baby cot in each room. The shared bathroom is fitted with bath, overhead shower, WC and wash-hand basin.
The external garden has a lovely secluded decking area with barrel sauna and hot tub, and there is garden seating and a barbecue. Parking space for 3 to 4 cars. Barrel Sauna as well as a Hot Tub on the garden decking. Dogs are welcome and stay free of charge.

Available within the estate grounds is a lakeside and woodland walk, fishing and children's play area. For keen walkers, taking in stretches of Offas Dyke or following the Mortimer Trail will be a must.
There are many National Trust properties and gardens to enjoy such as Croft Castle, Berrington Hall, Brockhampton and The Weir Garden, as well as the Hampton Court and Hergest Croft gardens. Horse riding, cycling and fishing are also very popular and there are several golf courses in the area.
