Happisburgh Holidays offers three charming self catering accommodations each sleeping 3-6 guests, positioned in the heart of the delightful coastal village of Happisburgh, a Conservation area.

Each of the properties have their own access and serve as an ideal base for a memorable getaway in North Norfolk.

Our range of accommodation is ideal for couples or a small family or if all three accommodations are booked together can sleep up to 12 guests at one time, so perfect for a get together or relaxing stay in a lovely part of the country.

All of the properties are tastefully furnished and come well-equipped with a range of facilities to suit all your self catering needs, offering something for everyone, including free fast WIFI.

The Seaside Snug Suite:
This lovely two storey holiday accommodation is nestled to the front of the Wishing Well House and is detached. On the ground floor is a kitchenette, dining/lounge area, a double bedroom and linked small shower room. The Lounge/diner comes with a large TV and a double sofa bed.

The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, four ring hob, microwave, hot air fryer, toaster and kettle etc. The double bedroom has a TV small wardrobe & ample draws and this bedroom has a linked small en-suite with WC Basin and shower.

On the 1st floor up the flight of stairs there are two single bed units and storage space and leading off this area is a good sized shower room also with a WC and basin.

The Garden Sunshine Suite:
This is a truly wonderful ground floor suite and is accessed via its own French doors looking out towards the garden. Inside there is a good sized double en-suite bedroom with a zip and link king-size bed which can be split into two singles if required.
The en-suite bedroom comes with a TV and ample wardrobe space. The en-suite shower has a basin and WC.

The accommodation also has a relaxing lounge comes with a comfortable corner settee, large TV, small dining table and stools and with French doors that open onto a private patio area for al fresco dining. There is also a well-equipped small kitchenette with a Fridge, freezer, twin hob, microwave, hot air fryer, toaster and kettle etc.

Pond View Suite:
This very popular ground floor Suite has proved a fabulous getaway base by the sea, with its own private access and includes a small kitchenette with fridge and freezer, small dining table and stools, hob, microwave, hot air fryer, toaster and kettle etc.

The en-suite bedroom has a TV, small dressing table and wardrobe with a zip and link king-size bed which can be split into two singles if required. The en-suite shower has a small basin and WC.

Outside there is a small seating area by the private pond with a small shed to store items during your stay.

All guests have use of the off street parking for one car per group on a first come first served basis and there is also a shared street side seating area.

A BBQ is available for use on request subject to availability.
