Stayford Apartments offer contemporary one and two-bedroom self catering accommodation in Meriden, Solihull.

Apartment 1 is a two-bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 4 people, with one double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the twin bedroom.

Apartment 2 is also a two-bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 5 people, the provision mirroring Apartment 1, but with the additional feature of a sofa-bed in the living area. This apartment also has a small study.

Both apartments provide fully furnished, completely self-contained accommodation, all with their own integral bathroom and shower and well-stocked kitchens. They have an open kitchen/diner/living space configuration.

There is free wifi throughout the building, supplied by BT, and with BT TV including BT Sports 1, 2, 3 and ESPN, and NETFLIX.

All bed linen, bathroom linen, and kitchen linen is provided together with complimentary weekly housekeeping, and complimentary welcome pack containing essentials such as milk, sugar, coffee, tea, biscuits, hot chocolate, and bottled water.

Parking is on street. Please note that restrictions do apply immediately in front of the shops where waiting times are limited to one hour /no return within one hour, Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00. However parking is unrestricted outside of those times.

Unrestricted parking is also available on the other side of the green, the parking bay being only about 50 yards from, and in view of, the apartments. Here parking is unrestricted 24/7.

Stayford Apartments are located in the heart of Meriden village, nestled amongst the shops, and overlooking the historic village green with its 500-year-old monument depicting the historic centre of England.

Our apartments are only 3 miles from the NEC and Resorts World complex, 4 miles from Birmingham Airport, and minutes from major motorway and rail links. Just 11 miles from Birmingham City Centre, and 8 miles from Coventry City Centre, and on the route for the National Express X1 bus service between Coventry and Birmingham City Centres.

Meriden is also conveniently located for Lichfield, Solihull, Leamington Spa, Warwick, and Stratford upon Avon. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, with its walks and cycle routes, Meriden is a fabulous base from which to explore the surrounding region.

Conveniently, shops and eateries are on the doorstep, including a Meriden Fish and Chips which just next door, and pubs and restaurants just 400 yards away.

Tennis courts and a children's play ground are just across the road, and the village duck pond with its inhabitants of ducks, geese, and swans is only a few minutes walk away. This little retreat also has picnic tables for you to sit, have a picnic lunch, and enjoy watching the wildlife.
