This two bedroomed, single storey self catering cottage has been refurbished and the layout altered to maximise room space to make them cosy and yet practical.

Off road parking and access is through the conservatory at the side of the property.

Our Galley Kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast bar for impromptu snacks and coffee breaks. The utility room has a washer/dryer and ironing board for your convenience.

A spacious living room with dining area opens out through double doors onto the patio area overlooking the large lawns. An ideal place for an evening meal or a relaxing breakfast. Fully equipped with TV and log effect electric fire for those cosy evenings in, the lounge has 2 large reclining sofas for relaxing.

The master bedroom contains a full-size double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space and shares a family shower room with the twin room. A second toilet and wash basin makes this cottage ideal for 4 people sharing.

The conservatory alongside the cottage is a sun trap even on the coldest of days.

Gas central heating throughout.
