4 Star
The Tollant, Nannerth Fawr Farm with hot tub, is a wonderful three bedroom self catering barn conversion with a view south across the Wye valley and a sheltered roof garden extending from the dining room area. A former hayloft, this conversion has created an airy single storey cottage with ash flooring and ash doors made from local timber.

Ideal for a family or group of six or seven, the Tollant has one double bedroom, one with a pair of twin beds and the third has a double and a single. Cots for infants may be booked but your own cot bedding will be required. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and a separate WC. The open plan sitting room/dining room has a railway wood/coal stove and velux windows overlooking the old farmyard.

A well equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area, which opens out through French windows onto the roof garden, ideal for relaxing, eating out and for children to play. Safely surrounded by railings and a gate, the roof garden, via a short flight of steps, is the main means of access to the Tollant.
