The Battle of Britain Memorial Trust, Folkestone, Kent extends a warm welcome to those who wish to show their respects to the heroes of the Battle of Britain by visiting this unique site of pilgrimage.
The National Memorial to the Few is a peaceful space, ideal for quiet reflection, atop the famous White Cliffs and offering superb views across the Channel to France. The central statue of a lone pilot is complemented by the Christopher Foxley-Norris Memorial Wall, two replica aircraft and other items of interest.
*** IF THE CURRENT ROUTE MAP DOES NOT CHANGE, THE WING AND CAR PARK WILL RE-OPEN ON WEDNESDAY 19TH MAY AT 10AM ***
The outside features of the site have remained open throughout the pandemic, as the site is in the open air, high on Kents famous White Cliffs overlooking the Channel, and we have done all we can to make our inside attractions, including The Scramble Experience, equally safe.
