Lord Leycester Hospital, not a medical establishment, the word hospital here is used in its ancient sense meaning a charitable institution for the housing and maintenance of the needy, infirm or aged. The historic group of buildings which now comprise the hospital is dominated by the ancient Chapel of St James the Great, built over the West gate into the town of Warwick.

Opening Times: -

Tuesday - Sunday 10am - 5pm in summer
Tuesday - Sunday 10am - 4pm in winter (last ticket sales at 3.30pm).

Closed Monday except Bank Holidays.

Group guided tours of eight or more conducted by our Brethren in Elizabethan Robes are available at a cost of £8.50 per person by arrangement.

Individual Guided tours by one of our Brethren in Elizabethan Robes are available by arrangement at a cost of £11.00 per person.
