Driftways Camping, Pulham Market is set in a picturesque 4.5 acre meadow in beautiful South Norfolk. It's a small family site run by Vanessa and Andrew and their two small children.
The site offers an off-grid camping experience allowing guests to switch off, unplug and enjoy some downtime. It can also serve as a central base allowing you to discover the delights that Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer.
For those of you that have your own equipment, we have seven oversize camping pitches spread around the meadow. They are mown into the meadow grass, each one 14 metre diameter with a minimum of 10 metres between pitches. Each pitch has its own clean compost toilet, firepit and camp grill. There are hot showers available nearby.
For the safety of guests and the ground we're a car free site - wheelbarrows are provided to carry items to your pitch. If you need help to transport your luggage, then just let us know.
Each pitch can accommodate one unit/family-sized tent. It is possible to add additional units / tents by booking another pitch.
Driftways Camping site is proudly part of the Greener Camping Club.
We recommend checking availability and booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Driftways Camping is in Pulham Market, which together with Pulham St Mary forms The Pulhams, we are almost equidistant between Pulham Market and Long Stratton - both are approximately 3 miles away.
The reason that we love living here is that we feel like we're living in the middle of nowhere, yet we are only a short drive, walk or cycle from amenities and attractions. The best of both worlds!
How to find us
If using sat nav use IP21 4XW, however it takes you past the site to Grove Farm. If you get to Grove Farm (on left) or Orchard Kennels (on right) then you have gone too far. Please turn around and head back. We're just after the crossroads.
From the A140 turn onto Wood Lane, go past Goodies Food Hall on your right, past Wood Farm on your left then turn left to stay on Wood Lane. Drive along Wood Lane past Tyrells Wood, on your left, and then Driftways Camping is on your left just before the Crossroads, opposite the entrance to Moat Farm. Where the tents are!
