Four Oaks Self Catering Cottage with Hot Tub, is part of The Four Oaks Estate, in Cargo Cumbria and Sleeps 8.

Situated in the farming village of Cargo, a suburb of Carlisle, Four Oaks Cottage boasts a large private lawned garden complete with it's very own children's playground/park, wonderful countryside views and an amazing state of the art outdoor hot tub (under a gazebo with both weather proof and privacy curtains).

In addition, there's also a full sized outdoor ping pong table, and a modern high quality artificial grassed area with a giant football pool (yes, pool you can play with your feet!).

The garden has outdoor patio furniture and is the perfect place for children of all ages to safely play, and adults to relax.

Four Oaks Cottage has a private parking space to fit two cars.

Entering the cottage into the hallway, you'll find the lounge to the left, kitchen straight ahead and the stairs leading to the bedroom area up to the right.

The lounge is a large yet cosy space, with lots of day light coming through from the French doors which lead straight out into the gardens patio. There is ample seating for family and your guests, with a large leather corner sofa and cuddle type swivel sofa chair and complete with a matching foot stool.

For dining, there is a large solid oak wooden table with chairs and space for 8 (high chairs can be available on request).

Adults and kids will never be stuck for something to do in our Cottage, the sideboard is full of board games and toys to entertain you on those rainy days or stay home evenings, or you could snuggle up and watch our large 55inch smart TV with a DVD player, whilst keeping warm next to our gorgeous log burner (spare wood can be found in the garden shed).

In the kitchen, we hope you'll find everything you need to make your cooking experience as enjoyable as possible. We provide all crockery and utensils, kettle and toaster, plus there's an upright fridge freezer with a cold water dispenser, electric fan assisted oven and separate grill, ceramic hob with an extraction hood, built in microwave, integrated dishwasher, washing machine (a separate condenser dryer is in the under stairs cupboard) and of course the all-important built in wine chiller fridge!

There is an additional ground floor toilet for your convenience. We also have a condenser dryer, which can be found in the cupboard under the stairs. Within the house you'll also find essentials like the iron and ironing board, along with cleaning equipment such as the hoover, sweeping brush, first aid kit and more!

Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps two and different in their own way. The two twin bedrooms have a zip and link bed/s option which can be either offer a twin or super king sized set up to suit you and your guests - just let's us know in advance what you'd like.

Bedroom 1 has a 2 level bunk bed which can be used by either adults or children, bedside lamps, a wardrobe with built in drawers and a vanity unit for starting the day in style.

Bedroom 2 is larger and has zip and link beds giving you the option to have a twin or super king size bed/s, solid oak bedside tables with led lamps, solid oak wardrobe with drawers and a vanity unit.

Bedroom 3 is the master, with a crushed velvet double bed, solid oak bedside tables with led lamps, wardrobe, large solid oak chest of drawers and a pretty feature fireplace (sadly no longer in use).

Bedroom 4 is a narrow room, with zip and link beds, providing you with the option to have a twin or super king size bed/s, bedside shelves with led lamps, a mirrored wardrobe and has a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden and it's views.

The family bathroom is large and has a large walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and a large vanity unit hand basin with built in drawers below.
