On the ground floor the open plan lounge and dining areas are light and airy, boasting high quality modern furniture and lighting. There is also a wood burning stove for those cooler evenings or winter days after a long walk / trip out.

Patio doors open out from the dining room onto the delightfully private and fully enclosed garden. Enjoy alfresco dining, watch the large variety of birds or relax on the reclining chairs. The newly fitted kitchen is compact but full of integrated appliances as well as coffee machine, microwave etc. It also leads to the garden and is well positioned for supervising children and pets playing outside. There is also a downstairs toilet. There are 3 bedrooms (superking, double and twin), each with its own individual style and oversized bedding.

Outside there is large shed for bike storage and the essential off road parking space.
