Water Mill Farm offers two self catering Holiday Cottages in Lincoln. Situated centrally in Lincolnshire, offering a wealth of opportunities for those who like something a bit different, while still being within easy reach of the Sea.

Both Holiday Cottages have the benefit of modern flat screen televisions providing all the freeserve channels available in our area, we have now added TV's to the bedrooms in Stable Cottage and Millside Cottage.

Each cottage is served by full underfloor central heating, which we have recently converted to Biomass pellets, so not only do we provide volumes of hot water, we are doing our bit to save the planet at the same time.

Each cottage also has gas fired cooking, fitted units in the bedrooms and kitchens. Each also has a bathroom that offers both bath and shower facilities.

The cottages each have a lounge area with comfortable seating plus dining area. The kitchen in each cottage is fitted with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and washing machine whilst in the adjacent watermill garage there is also a deep freezer and tumble drier for the use of both cottages.

The bedroom in each cottage can be set up as two singles or one super king bed, as requested(at least 7 days notice required), whilst the second bedroom in Stable Cottage is equipped with double bed and fitted wardrobe.

Both Cottages are of a high specification, each has its own lawn and parking areas. In addition to this, both cottages have use of the summer house situated by the beck and the barbeque area.

The grounds include millennium wood and provide the opportunity for pleasant evening walks in the sight of the restored watermill. There are also different walks that can be undertaken around the area without needing a vehicle.
