Walnut Farm Holiday Lets in Norfolk have two Self Catering Static Caravans and two Self Catering Cottages, sleeping 4-6 people.
Walnut Farm is a small family run, dog friendly site, a stones throw from the coast and Norfolk Broads.
Our two Self Catering Static Caravans are fully equipped and each have their own private enclosed garden. Both have double glazing and central heating for year round comfort.
Bishy Barnabee, brand new for Oct 2023 has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. One double and two twin rooms all with built in storage. A lounge, dining and kitchen area, toilet/shower room and separate toilet. It sits in its own garden with a large patio area with a picnic bench. The rest of the garden is laid with gravel. Bishy Barnabee is Not pet friendly
Pollywiggle (formerly Rio) has 2 bedroom, sleeping up to 4 people. One double bedroom and one twin room, both with built in storage. A lounge, dining and kitchen area and a toilet/shower room. It sits in its own gravelled garden with a picnic bench.
The Statics are available from 3pm on arrival date and is to be vacated by 10am on departure date.
Our two cosy Self Catering Cottages are fully equipped and each have their own private enclosed garden.
They are both Dog friendly and include treats for your furry friends.
West Cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4. One double and one small double bed. West has a Lounge with log burner, Modern fitted kitchen, Dining room, Downstairs bathroom, Large fully enclosed garden, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Barbecue & Wifi.
East Cottage has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4+1. One King size and one double, plus a single futon in the master bedroom. East has a Lounge with log burner, Modern fitted kitchen diner, Downstairs bathroom, Large fully enclosed garden, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Barbecue & Wifi. East cottage also has an optional private Hot-tub.
Cottage changeover days are Mondays and Fridays.
The cottages are available from 4pm on arrival day and are to be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Walnut Farm is a small family run, dog friendly site, a stones throw from the coast and Norfolk Broads. There is no noisy clubhouse or onsite entertainment, we believe there is so much to do in the area that after a day of boating, canoeing, bird watching, seal watching, walking, cycling and sand castle building you will be happy to come back to our quiet haven.....that's presuming you left in the first place!
We have direct pedestrian access to the beautiful golden sandy beach and the famous Horsey seal colony, and there is a 1.5 mile dog walk which loops around the perimeter of the 100 acres of farmland which was previously part of Walnut Farm. The walk includes a stretch along the bank of the Waxham Cut, which is believed to be the closest section of the Broads to the coast.
