Tor View, a self catering cottage, Glastonbury, sleeps up to 6, and is set on the edge of the Somerset levels with panoramic views of Glastonbury Tor, the Mendips and the surrounding area.

The cottage, previously a herdsman's house, is a private and secluded recently modernised 3 bedroom cottage, with its own secure garden and parking.

The cottage has a brand new modern kitchen, fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and fridge freezer.

There is a utility room behind the kitchen with a washing machine and down stairs toilet.

The lounge is to the right of the kitchen, with a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa, throws, cushions and a large Smart TV.

There is 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with double zip and link beds, (2 doubles or 4 singles).

The new bathroom has a shower and bath in one, a wash basin and toilet.

Full central heating to keep you warm in those cold winter months.

Cleaning, towels and linen are included in your stay unless you would like to provide these yourselves at a discounted rate. We provide two towels per guest.

Tea, Coffee, milk and sugar will be complimentary on arrival.

Luxury honeymoon welcome pack can be offered to include Prosecco, two champagne flutes, sweetheart chocolates and local home-grown flowers - £25

Breakfast hampers stuffed with local treats including eggs from the farm and fresh bread delivered to your door. For the meat eaters we can provide local sausages and bacon, for vegetarians and vegans we have the perfect hampers too, or if you're feeling like a healthy start we will pre set you with fruits, yoghurt and museli - £8 per person.

Tor View is located in the small yet beautiful village of Godney, it is full with character and idyllic landscapes - great for lots of walking/cycling and fun adventures with an abundance of wildlife.

The old peat diggings from the past have been transformed into lakes and walkways where they are now home to many birds both migrating and homebred.

The surrounding area has plenty to offer, whether you wish to relax and escape, or have an active week, we are sure that you will be able to find something to suit everybody. 10/15-minute walk to the local pub or tearooms within the village that offers a good choice of local produced food.

There and many local attractions and countryside walks, with the smallest city in England, Wells, just 5 miles away and Glastonbury, renowned for its diverse cultural, the Abbey and St Michael`s Tower on top of the hill even closer.

Clark's Village, famous for its shoes and shopping outlet, is just down the road in Street, and the famous caves at the foot of the Mendip hills at Wookey Hole, and Cheddar and it's spectacular gorge and cheese, are only 4 miles away.
